Oh man have things been busy, we just got back to Montana a few weeks ago and have been busy moving into our new place. We did have time to invite some people over for dinner and since I have not been eaten gluten lately figuring out dessert was rather tricky. But with the help of a gluten free pound cake recipe I whipped up a delicious recreation of a dessert I once made for Jes and Cal in Alaska.
